PUMA Mostro is back, this time bathed in two eye-catching colorways – “Pink Delight” and “Ignite Blue.”
Originally introduced in 1999, the Mostro takes its name from the Italian word for “monster,” a fitting description for its audacious design. This hybrid silhouette merges inspiration from two distinct eras: the sleek yet tough sprinting spikes of the 1960s and the laid-back California surf shoes of the 1980s.

PUMA unveiled the Mostro’s official comeback through the lens of photographer Chris Maggio, showcasing the shoe integrated into the daily lives of diverse New Yorkers. Later, the Mostro made a showstopping appearance at PUMA’s “Welcome to the Amazing Mostro Show,” a runway event that kicked off New York Fashion Week.
