Air Max Day on March 26th promises to be a sneakerhead’s dream, with a whopping ten Nike Air Max Dn colorways slated to hit shelves. So far, Nike has delivered a mix of classic Air Max treatments and fresh looks to celebrate the Dn’s global debut.
One recurring color across these new releases has been “Royal Blue,” possibly a nod to the returning OG Nike Air Max 1 ’86. This homage continues with a clean iteration featuring “Hyper Royal” accents on a “Pure Platinum” base.
This “Platinum/Royal” edition stands out from another Air Max Dn “Platinum/Royal” dropping the same day. It embraces a more understated color scheme, with black and white accents gracing the underfoot section. The true star of the show, however, is the crisp white upper. Silver TPU panels on the quarter panel and heel add a touch of personality, while bold yellow Nike Dn branding – referencing the shoe’s Tuned Air technology – completes the look.
