Nike will double down on Air Max innovation in 2025 with the Air Max Dn8, a sequel to last year’s Air Max Dn. The new model, which was recently spotted on the foot of Javel Berlin, head of marketing for British streetwear brand Corteiz, features a bold design and even more Dynamic Air cushioning.
Building on the foundation of its predecessor, the Air Max Dn8 doubles the number of Dynamic Air units to eight. This innovative cushioning system, introduced in the Air Max Dn, uses tubular units that respond to pressure for a unique and responsive underfoot experience.
The upper of the Air Max Dn8 features a more technical and layered design than the original. The white-based colorway, which can be seen in Berlin’s Instagram story, features green Dynamic Air units, adding a vibrant pop of color to the futuristic aesthetic.
“As you walk, the tubular Air unit responds to the load your body places on it with each step. The air unit interacts with your foot in real time and moves with you. It’s an unreal new underfoot sensation that represents a significant evolution of Air Max’s signature bounce,” Nike said in a press release.
The Air Max Dn8 is expected to be released on March 26, 2025 for Air Max Day. While the official release date has not been confirmed, sneaker enthusiasts are eagerly awaiting the arrival of this highly anticipated model.
